My business has been under some "construction" lately. For those of you who haven't been in to see me in the past few months, I'll fill you in.

After over 4 years, I've officially renamed my business to RE•KŌD. Why RE•KŌD? re·code - /ˌrēˈkōd/ verb, to code again

Your body is molded and influenced by your environment and for most of us that environment includes sitting at a desk for hours, relaxing on a couch at night, walking on artificial flooring and even our daily exercise routine. Sometimes (most of the time) those things pull our body out of its innate patterns of sitting, crawling, walking, running, and climbing; it creates a "code" that wreaks havoc on our muscular and skeletal system. I strive to change that with movement behavior coaching and my bodywork system to reintroduce your body back to its rightful place as pain free, strong, and durable. We work together to recode or RE•KŌD.

To make this happen seamlessly, I've moved my massage office into the large studio in the same building which has allowed me to move from bodywork to movement exercises with ease and time efficiency for each session.

Second, I’ve been working on something for the past 6 weeks and I’m super excited to announce that RE•KŌD is now an Electrons Plus PEMF provider! I’m proud of what my small business is doing with movement coaching and bodywork - adding PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy to the mix has shown outstanding results in the healing process with my clients.

What is Guided (PEMF) Therapy by Electrons Plus?

Electrons Plus is a revolutionary new way to recharge your body during a massage. Much like a battery, the human body is electric and our cells carry voltage. Price Increase
Finally, with the investment of this new technology and training, there will be a price increase starting May 2023. Services will increase $20-$25 depending on your session duration, unless you are a frequent visitor, and you purchase packages. Package prices will be increasing $10 per session.
